PRODUCT MATERIALS
We use real wood and other natural materials to create our products including- hardwoods like beech and acacia, baltic birch, birch plywood, bamboo, pine, cork and slate. The nature of these organic type materials means that naturally occurring knots, grain variations, and small cracks may be present resulting in slight variations between the product picture and the received item.  We also work with cast acrylic and leather!  No matter what the material - Quality is our first priority in all our products!

CUSTOM ORDERS

We can create products customized especially for you!  Choose from any of our pre-selected customizable products - or contact us with something specific you have in mind.  We love to be creative and bring your ideas to life!  

We will send a proof to you via email for any custom orders.  Once you approve the proof, we will move forward with creating your custom order.  Please allow 2 weeks for customized orders to be processed and shipped.  If you need to place a rush on a custom order, please indicate the date you need the item in the Order Special Instructions box on the checkout cart page.  We will let you know via email if we can meet your deadline.

PROCESSING TIME

Regular orders are processed and shipped out within a week or less.  During the busy holiday seasons, we recommend ordering early.  If any unforeseen circumstances happen that might affect delivery of your order, we will contact you directly.  If you need a product by a specific date, please indicate this in the Order Special Instructions box on the cart checkout page.

SHIPPING

We do our best to use the most cost effective and timely shipping options to enable your orders to arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.  We use USPS, UPS and FedEx - whichever option is the most advantageous for our customer.  Often times, especially with smaller items, you can order additional products and not pay any additional shipping fees.

If you are local to the Western New York area, you have the option for local pickup in Collins or Hamburg, NY.  Use the discount code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. 

We are not responsible for undelivered mail or incorrect address. Please be sure to accurately input your delivery address at checkout.

RETURNS

Because of the unique nature of your purchase, we are unable to accept returns or accept cancellations after the invoice has been paid.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 2 weeks of pickup/delivery. We truly appreciate our customers and will do everything we can to make it right.
